PTX Dominates
"Top Spots" at
2005 Region C Championships

Whether
you sliced it by age , skill level, routine, or figures, PTX dominated
just about every event they entered. In fact, PTX took the top
spot in 11 of 12 events in which they swam. To exhibit their power
even further, they also secured the 2nd place spot in 4 out of
5 events where they placed 1st.
By
the end of the meet, PTX had managed to use 8 swimmers to qualify
9 routines for National Age Group Championships to be held in
Buffalo, NY at the end of June.
The
team had a great time in Houma showing the region what they had
been working so hard at this season. But the work is really just
beginning as the team turns their focus on preparing for the heightened
competition that will surely be at National Championships in Buffalo.
