| The Pirouettes of Texas is a competitive synchronized
swimming team drawing athletes from the Dallas-Fort
Worth Metroplex. Founded in 1985 by coach Patti
Barton, the Pirouettes of Texas (PTX) members
enter all levels of age group competitions and
national meets for which their swimmers have qualified.
PTX has produced Nationally Ranked Swimmers with
National Championships at the National Age Group
Championship Meets and US Sr. Open Championship
Meets, as well as being the current and 8 time
South Zone Champions and Regional Champions.
